july 11, 2011 will be 34 years since i was baptised as one of jw's.
the sleeping pill i took was in the form of them providing the information that made the bible come alive with the truth and insisting that they go by the bible not adding or taking away from it.
i had negative experiences from local brothers from time to time, however i excused them as part of being imperfect.
Bro. alg1052 if you dont cut off your soul patch you can no longer carry the mics or be a attendant. But you can still do hall cleaning and mow the lawn on Saturday afternoon.

i have a few questions regarding moving and changing congs.
i would love to hear from former elders.. .
my wife and i will be moving soon, and as i described in an earlier post we will be using the move as an opportunity to fade.
UNWRITTEN NEW RULE - The new congregation that you will be attending will have to ask the secretary at your old hall for you and your wifes publisher's card. You cannot tell your secretary at your current hall to send your cards to the new hall, he will not do it. He will want a phone number of the congregation secretary at your new hall. When you get to your new hall they will want a current copy of your blood card and they will want you to fill out a emergency contact form just in case they need to find you if there is a natural disaster or if you just stop coming for 6 or more months. When you new hall receives your cards and introductory letter from your old hall. They will transfer over your cellphone number if you ever gave it to them. The letter will also describe what privilages you had if any and they will let the new hall know if you was a exceptional dub a average dub or a weak dub. So they will have some clue of what they will be dealing with. Once you get to your new hall just go on sunday's until you know they have your cards then just stop going. If you gave them a fake address and new fake cell phone number they will never find you. Don't give them a copy of your blood card just stall them if you can. It won't be to hard. THEN ENJOY YOUR NEW FREEDOM. Just dont ever go back if you dont want to be harrassed.

yesterday i opened my wallet and took a long look at the (no) blood card prominently displayed inside.
i have been convinced that this is not the truth for a couple of years now, and am trying to figure out whether to fade or da.
it hit me hard yesterday that with this piece of paper in my wallet, i could possibly end up dying for beliefs i no longer hold.
If any of you still go to the hall. The secretary may come up to you and ask for a copy of your blood card so he can put it in the congregation file that they have on you, he will also want emergency contact info from you just in case they are looking for you if you fade away or there is a natural disaster in the area. So keep that in mind if you are about to transfer congregations.
